Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- The contact form. Your email address and the text of your message. Nothing else is asked for.
- Email. If you write to an address at lenadibrova.com: your address, name as shown in your email client, and the content of the correspondence.
- Technical data. When a page loads, the hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details, as any web server does.
Why we process it
To read and answer your message. This rests on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or on steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)). We send no marketing from this domain, and we do not sell or rent contact data.
How long we keep it
If we never work together, your message and address are deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange. If we do, they are kept for the length of the relationship plus five years, as accounting and tax rules require.
Who else sees it
Only the providers needed to run this site and its mail, each acting on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and serves its pages;
- FormSubmit — relays the contact form to our office mailbox at redheaddigital.agency;
- Google — provides the mailboxes on this domain and serves the web fonts used on these pages, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers.
Some of these providers operate outside the UAE and the EEA; in that case we rely on the standard contractual safeguards they offer.
Cookies and statistics
This site sets no cookies. Visits may be counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
